Radlett

The Kharnes’ driveway

A long steep Radlett entrance rebuilt in block paving, held by stone and wood-log walling.

The Radlett entrance is long and steep. It had been a concrete strip with gravel shoulders and a tired fence. Block paving replaced that surface, and stone walling with a closeboard fence holds the bank.

Planting was left until the hard landscaping had set the line. On a slope this sharp, the wall and the edge do as much work as the blocks visible from the road.

Service: Hard landscaping. Town: Radlett.
